Hello!  How are you?  I couldn't wait to send this newsletter so that I could invite you to come out to see our son's, Ben Young, fine art show on Saturday, April 13th, at 2-6 pm.

We are having an art show at our dear friend, Lorinda's wonderful barn in Vista.

The Barn Art Show is at 2395 Marquez Court, Vista, CA 92084

Ben is a fabulous oil painter and he specializes in plein air paintings. (En plein air is a French expression that means "in the open air." It is used by artists to describe the art of outdoor painting, capturing landscapes and views in natural light. It is also about capturing the mood and light before it fades away.) Ben is also great at painting animals as he is a lover of all types of animals. We have asked him to paint some barn animals since our venue is in a barn. I can't wait to see what he comes up with!
